Job Responsibilities
Answer inbound call enquiries with regards to the service, and/or any other related services offered by the company, handling of complaints, correspondences and returns fully co-operate with the Sales and other team leaders and move staff resources across the group to help one another in case of need work closely with the sales department any other general duties assigned by Sales manager.
Job Requirement
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively Good listening skills, displays patience and understanding when dealing with difficult callers Courteous and polite at all times Possess strong customer service skills 1-2 years working experience in freight forwarding Good looking and good interpersonal skills.
